Abstract
This research work applies the Nash negotiation to the Mexican labor market, seeking the equilibrium of the game approximates the reservation wage of individuals, which consists of the minimum wage at which people will accept a job offer. A pilot test of an economic experiment was developed in students belonging to an educational institution, and the determinants found on the reservation wage were analyzed based on the application of behavioral game theory. Finally, the impact of the decisions on the strategies played and the contrasts in the equilibria found are exposed.
