Abstract
The objective of the article is to compile behavioral economics concepts that serve as self-help instruments and consequently serve to provide us with personal well-being and happiness. To this end, information has been compiled on the standard theory of behavioral economics and concepts have been gathered from essays, articles and references in different media that have been considered of interest. His has allowed us to achieve the so-called “antikythera mechanism”, which serves to evaluate our level of personal well-being through basic affect, it tells us how we can activate ourselves, how to decide what we want, the barriers we will have and the step to action. Self-help is useful as a consolation and serves to set goals. Behavioral economics provides us with the instruments to achieve them.
